Everything, the service was amazing. they were so kind and helpful, even dropping us at the train station when we left. We made a mistake with our booking, booking one night instead of two, however they left our stuff in the room until we returned that evening and were very helpful and understanding - letting us make a new booking. The breakfast was great, free movies in the rooms, very fun and comfortable rooms, free water and soft drink in the fridge. Absolutely perfect! could not have asked for more. also very convenient, near the bus stations. max 2 minute walk.
All great, would definitely recommend it.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff spoke English and were very helpful in providing transportation information for me. The location was perfect, only a short walk away from the bus station. The room was very clean and well-equipped with modern facilities. The breakfast included toast, cheese, salad, and eggs, which was a great start to my day.
Almost perfect.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. the value for money was exceptional. Not only were the prices affordable, but the attention to detail was impressive. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable, and the basic amenities provided were all I needed. The location near the Intercity bus terminal and the center of Gyeongju was perfect for exploring the area. Additionally, the rooms were spacious and well-furnished, with a luxurious whirlpool tub and a very comfortable bed. I was pleasantly surprised that there was no blaring TV news, and the offer of free soft drinks was a nice touch. The fact that breakfast was included was the cherry on top.
All was perfectly fine, nothing to improve.

The staff were very friendly and nice, and spoke some English. We were pleasantly surprised that the motel offered breakfast, although it was stated on Booked.net that there were none. We extended from 2 nights to 3 and the motel offered to send us to the train station for our departure. It is a motel on a neon lit motel strip, but I think it is a fantastic place for normal travellers. The neon lights make it easier to find your way home =D
Being a motel, it has no wardrobe, just 2 coat hooks and 2 hangers. Wished that there could be more clothes hooks and hangers, to make the place more friendly for normal travellers who would stay for more than 1 night.

I recently had a fantastic stay at this hotel near Gyeongju's bus stations. The location was perfect, situated close to both the city center and the intercity bus terminal, making it convenient for exploring the area. The staff provided wonderful service, going above and beyond to make sure I had a comfortable stay. The attention to detail was evident, from the helpful map provided in advance to the English notices and their efforts to accommodate English-speakers. The room itself was spacious and well-appointed, with a comfortable bed and a jacuzzi in the bathroom, which was a nice touch. Additionally, breakfast was included and delivered to the room, and the options were delicious and satisfying.
No significant negatives, everything was fine.

The hotel room was quite spacious, and the bed was comfortable. We appreciated the fact that breakfast was included, and it was delivered at the time we specified. the hotel was also conveniently located, being very close to the bus station and within walking distance of some attractions.
We found the hotel to be outdated and not well-maintained. Some of the appliances in the room did not work properly, and the decor was a bit tacky.

The staff did not speak very well english, but it was very friendlyl. If they do not understand you they can contact a relative to make the translation, they are very helpful!

Sugar Motel was very accomodating. The staff were very friendly and kind. The Motel was also a very good price for what is provided. The rooms were clean and were alot nicer than what we expected. Although it is a love motel, I did not feel uncomfortable staying there with my family. It is also at a very good location. It is pretty much right beside the two bus stations, the tourist information booth, bus stops for buses that go to bulguksa temple, and the city bus tour.

It is very close to the bus terminal and at a reasonable walking distance to the city center (10 mins), so the position is quite good. The wife of the owner is very kind, and even if their english is limited they managed to convey us their sympathy. The room is very big and comfortable and has all the needed facilities available.
The atmosphere is a bit creepy, being a love motel, but if you dont mind about it it's fine. Internet in the room is slow.
